South Hillsboro (SoHi) Community Plan

Planned as a complete, mixed-use community, SoHi is designed around a town center and a neighborhood center. The plan for SoHi emphasizes schools, civic spaces, and public gathering areas throughout the neighborhoods. At full build out, SoHi is projected to have more than 8,000 housing units.

With concerns of climate change mounting, the proposed SoHi community's size, density, and proximity to Washington County's existing job base could also lead to a reduction in vehicle miles traveled and greenhouse gas emissions that result from cross-region traffic.
