As part of the SCAG Compass Blueprint Demonstration Projects program, Fregonese Associates worked with Hollywood Redevelopment Agency to complete a park feasibility study for a proposed 44 acre cap park that would cap approximately one mile of the Highway 101 freeway. For the project, Fregonese Associates analyzed probably impacts on surrounding land uses using our tipping point model, led discussions with local stakeholders, created visualizations for the park in place, and developed strategic recommendations for land use policies.
