In conjunction with Calthorpe Associates, Fregonese Associates assisted in the preparation of a structural plan for Commune d'Arezzo, a 3,000-year-old Tuscan city of 100,000 people that is known internationally for its fashion and jewelry. The structural, or general, plan encompassed issues related to land use, transportation, environmental preservation and economic development. Fregonese Associates conducted workshops in July 2002 and completed the plan in January 2003.
