Sarah is an urban planner specializing in policy research, public involvement, and land use planning. Key projects she has worked on at Fregonese Associates include the Calexico Downtown Plan, Chicago's Homes for a Changing Region, the Tulsa Comprehensive Plan, and a comprehensive review of regional scenario planning in Oregon. She is a graduate of the Master's of Urban and Regional Planning program at Portland State University.
